  • Total Recipients: The total number of fans the WhatsApp message was sent to.

  • Delivered To: The number of fans who successfully received the message.

  • Bounced: The number of WhatsApp messages that could not be delivered.

  • Unsubscribed: The number of recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the WhatsApp message.

Key Performance Indicators
