After reviewing and customising your form, you have several options:
Save for Later: If you’re not ready to publish, you can save your form to finish editing it later.
Publish: Once you’re satisfied with the form, click Publish to make it live.
Save as Template: If you’d like to use this design as a template for future forms, click the down arrow button next to Publish and select Save as Template. This allows you to reuse your custom design without starting from scratch.
Once your form is published, you will receive a Web Link and Social Links to share it with your fans.
Web Link: This link can be shared across any platform, enabling fans to participate in your form from various channels.
If you wish to refine the appearance of your form when shared, you can click on the Edit Preview button. This allows you to:
Add a Title and Description that will appear when the link is shared.
Include an Image to enhance the visual appeal of your form.
These elements ensure that your form appears exactly how you want it to when shared with your audience.
To track which social media platforms are most effective in reaching your fans, you can create unique URLs for each account:
Create a Link: Under the Social Link section, click Create Link.
Choose the Platform: Select the social media platform for which you want to create the link.
Save: Once saved, a new link will be generated specifically for that platform.
This feature allows you to monitor fan engagement across different social media channels.
