Review and Publish

Once you hit Next, you'll be taken to a Review Page. This is your chance to double-check all the details:

  • Setup: Validate the campaign name and template.

  • Content: Review the content and layout.

  • Audience & Schedule: Verify the selected audience segment, and segment size.

At this stage, you have three options:

  • Send a Test: Send a WhatsApp test internally to ensure everything looks and works as expected. To test the campaign, click the Send a Test button, enter the desired WhatsApp number, and hit Send. The test WhatsApp Message will be sent to the specified address—review the content thoroughly to ensure everything looks perfect. After verifying the message, return to Organon to take further action: make edits, adjust segments, schedule it for later, or proceed to publish when ready.

  • Finish Later: Save your progress and return to make edits before finalising. Click on the X button to save.

  • Publish: If everything is in order, press the Publish button to send your campaign right away.
