Segment overview

Clicking on a segment will bring you to its Overview page. Here, you will see two key dashboards:

1. Basic Segment Information:

Total Fans: The total number of fans in this segment.

% of Total Fan Base: The percentage of fans in this segment compared to your total fan base.

Known Fans: The number of fans for whom you have identifiable data (e.g., email or phone).

Reachable Fans: Fans that can be reached through channels like email, phone, or push notifications.

Unknown Fans: Fans for whom little or no contact information is available.

2. Segment Details:

Created By: The user who created the segment.

Created On: The date the segment was created.

Campaigns: A list of campaigns the segment is currently used in.

Last Updated: The date the segment was last updated.

Refresh Segment: A button to refresh the segment and update the data after a new upload.

Reachability and Campaign Usage

Scrolling down on the Overview page, you will find more details on:

Reachability by Channel: Displays the percentage of fans reachable through each channel—Email, Phone, or Push Notifications.

Campaigns: Shows the campaigns where this segment is currently being used.

Analyzing the Segment

The next tab is Analyze, where you can get deeper insights into the fans within your segment. The available analytics include:

Location: Analyze fans based on their country, state, and city.

Age and Gender: Understand the age and gender distribution of fans.

Source: Analyze where the fans were acquired from (e.g., social media, website).

First Interaction: See when these fans first engaged with your platform.

Last Interaction: Check the most recent interaction with these fans.

You can also filter the segment by location, using options like Country, State, and City to further refine your analysis.

Fan Profiles

The Fan Profiles tab displays all the individual data points of the fans in this segment, including:

- Name

- Email

- Phone

- First Seen (the first time the fan interacted with your platform)

- Last Seen (the most recent interaction)
