The Settings section provides several options for managing both your personal profile and organizational settings. Here's an overview of the key areas:

1. Company Profile:

- Edit and update your company's information, such as the company name, logo and timezone DND.

2. User Profile:

You can edit your own profile details, such as:

- Name You can also find information about your profile in this section such as: - Email Address - Role - Created on

3. Team Management:

- View and manage the list of team members who have access to the account.

- You can either:

- Edit their role: Adjust their level of access and permissions.

- Remove them from the account if necessary.

4. Integrations:

This section allows you to integrate various services that are essential for running campaigns and engaging with fans. Integration options include:

- Web Push Notifications

- Email Marketing Integration

- Mobile Push Integration

- WhatsApp Provider Integration

- Social Media Integration

- SMS Integration

  • Account Settings

Manage the foundational details of your account, including:

  • Account ID

A unique identifier assigned to your account, used to identify and distinguish it within our system.

  • Select your account time zone

Set the time zone that will be applied throughout your account. This ensures consistency in time-based operations such as campaign scheduling, reports, and frequency capping.

Data Center

  • Select Your Data Center:

Choose the preferred data center location for hosting your data. This selection ensures optimized performance, secure data handling, and compliance with regional regulations.

  • Frequency Capping

Define the limits on the number of messages users can receive within specific time frames (daily, weekly, or monthly) across various channels. This feature prevents over-communication and ensures an optimal user experience by maintaining balanced engagement levels.

  • DND Time Slot

Set specific time periods during which users will not receive messages, respecting user preferences and adhering to Do Not Disturb policies. This feature helps maintain user trust and aligns with compliance requirements.

The Account Setup section is designed to give you full control over your account’s settings, enabling smooth operations and improved communication management.
