Review and Publish
Once you hit Next, you'll be taken to a Review Page. This is your chance to double-check all the details:
Subject Line: Ensure it's attention-grabbing and relevant.
Email Address: Confirm the correct sender email is selected.
Design: Review the content and layout.
Audience: Verify the selected audience segment.
Scheduling: Confirm the time and date for sending.
At this stage, you have three options:
Send a Test: Send a test email internally to ensure everything looks and works as expected. To test the campaign, click the *Send a Test* button, enter the desired email address, and hit *Send*. The test email will be sent to the specified address—review the content thoroughly to ensure everything looks perfect. After verifying the email, return to Organon to take further action: make edits, adjust segments, schedule it for later, or proceed to publish when ready.
Finish Later: Save your progress and return to make edits before finalising. Click on the X button to save.
Publish: If everything is in order, press the Publish button to send your campaign.
