Based on the fan data received, your workspace will consist of multiple reports that helps you understand the workings of your fanbase better. Each report will consist of key metrics that are predefined and are updated on a daily basis.
The underlying platform for our reports are built on Power BI. Here are some of the features that will enhance the reporting experience.
They appear when the cursor is hovering over a visual. Tooltips are useful as they can show deeper trends or contain additional information for the visuals.
These are a type of on canvas visual filters. The slicers enable you to sort and filter a report and view only the information you want. These are present as a visual on the report and let you select values as they are analyzing the report.
Most visuals on a single report page are interconnected. If you select a data point on one of the visuals, all the other visuals on the page that contain that data change, based on that selection.
This can be useful to identify how one value in your data contributes to another.
This lets you expand (pop out) a visual or tile to see more detail. Maybe you have a report that is a little crowded and you want to zoom in on only one visual. This is a perfect use of focus mode.
With spotlight, you can draw attention to a specific visual on a report page. It can be accessed by clicking on the ellipsis at the top right corner of each visual.
When a visual has a hierarchy, you can drill down to reveal additional details. For example, you might have a visual that contains data about ticket sales across three seasons. By default, the visual would show sales numbers of each calendar season. Since each season consists of multiple games, this would act as a hierarchy and clicking on any one of the seasons would reveal the sales for each individual game of that particular season.
Any visual with a combination of these drill controls at the top would consist a hierarchy.
