Creating a SMS campaign

To start creating a SMS campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Provide Campaign Name: Start by naming your campaign.

  2. SMS Senders Name: Select the name of the sender when a recipient receives the SMS

  3. Choose from Templates: Select a template for your SMS campaign.

Using a Template

  1. Create a Template: In your SMS Service Provider account, create a template for your campaign. If you need help integrating your service provider with our platform.

  2. Use in Organon: Once the template is created on your service provider, that template will be fetched using the APIs of your service provider. Once configured, the SMS messages will be triggered using these identical templates. we need to use the same template in Organon to ensure compatibility and trigger the campaign. Select the template to proceed.

Setting Up the Campaign Content

After selecting your template, the next step is setting up your content:

Change SMS Message: Once the template is selected, the template text appears in the SMS message. You can change the contents of the SMS that is being sent to the recipients. The character limit is 200 characters.
