Segment creation

Segments Overview

In the Segments section, you will see a list of all the segments you’ve created. You can easily manage your segments using two tools:

- Filter by Folders: Organize and find your segments by sorting them into folders.

- Search Bar: Search for a specific segment by name.

Creating a Segment

To create a new segment, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Create Segment button.

2. You will now have the option to add Rules or Groups to define your segment.

Adding Rules and Groups

- Rule: A single condition used to filter fans. For example, you may want to create a rule for fans who have attended more than 3 matches in a season. Rules can be linked using AND, OR, or NOT operators to segment a group of fans.

- Group: A combination of multiple rules, which can be linked using operators such as AND, OR, or NOT to fine-tune your segmentation.
