Our comprehensive campaign reports provide valuable insights across multiple communication channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and Onsite Messaging. Each report is designed to give you a deep understanding of your campaign's performance, enabling you to measure key metrics and assess the impact of your efforts.
Email Campaign Report:
Analyze open rates, click-through rates, delivery rates, and engagement to evaluate the overall effectiveness of your email campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
SMS Campaign Report:
Review delivery rates, open rates, and engagement metrics to understand how well your SMS messages are performing and adjust your approach for better reach and response.
WhatsApp Campaign Report:
Gain insights into message delivery, engagement rates, and customer interactions on WhatsApp, allowing you to refine your messaging strategy and improve customer experience.
Push Notification Report:
Measure click rates, delivery success, and user interaction with your push notifications, helping you understand their effectiveness and optimize your push strategy.
Onsite Campaign Report:

Steps to view Campaign Reports
To access the email campaign report, follow these steps:
After a one-time campaign concludes or an automated campaign completes one full cycle, the report will be available within approximately 5-6 hours.
Navigate to the List View of campaigns in the platform.
Identify the specific campaign for which you wish to view the report.
Click on the three dots icon associated with that campaign.
From the dropdown menu, select View Report.
Calendar Filter for Automated Campaigns
The Calendar Filter allows users to filter report data based on specific date ranges, providing flexibility to analyze campaign performance over different time periods. The available options include:
Today: Displays data for the current day.
Yesterday: Shows data from the previous day.
Last 7 Days: Presents data from the past seven days, including today.
Last 30 Days: Provides data from the past thirty days, including today.
This Month: Displays data from the current calendar month.
Last Month: Shows data from the previous calendar month.
Custom Range: Allows users to manually select a specific date range for a more detailed analysis.
When a report is opened, the default view shows data for the Last 7 Days, giving users an overview of recent performance.
Additionally, a Reset button is available, which restores the filter back to the default Last 7 Days view, making it easy for users to revert back after exploring other time periods.
Last Updated
Indicates the last time the data in the report was refreshed from the database. This timestamp reflects when the most recent data update occurred, ensuring that the information in the report is current.
