Here’s a professional knowledge base description for how personalization works in Push Notifications, based on your UI screenshot:
Personalization in Push Campaigns

Our platform allows you to personalize push notifications using dynamic placeholders mapped to user attributes. This ensures that each message feels relevant and tailored to the recipient.
How it works:
In the message body, use placeholders like
{{a}}
,{{b}}
,{{c}}
to insert dynamic values.These placeholders are mapped to user-specific parameters such as First Name, Last Name, or custom values like URLs.
You can choose between:
Dynamic values — fetched from the user profile at the time of sending.
Static values — fixed content that remains the same for all recipients.
Example:
If your message is:
Hi {{a}} {{b}}
Subscribe for latest updates
{{c}}
And you map:
{{a}}
→ First Name (Dynamic){{b}}
→ Last Name (Dynamic){{c}}
→ A static website link (e.g., https://www.proemsports.com)
Then, a user named Alex Johnson would receive:
Hi Alex Johnson
Subscribe for latest updates
https://www.proemsports.com
This level of personalization enhances engagement by delivering relevant content to each user.
Uploading an Image (Optional): Enhance your notification by uploading an image, if applicable.
