Audience Selection

After saving your design, proceed to the Audience and Schedule section. Here, you can select the segment of your audience you wish to target with this campaign.

Scheduling Your Campaign

One-Time Campaigns:

For immediate sending, choose One Time and then Now.

If you want to send the email later, select Later and choose the desired Time and Date.

  • Automated Campaigns

Set the Frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) - You can set the campaign frequency to **daily, weekly, or monthly:

  • Daily: Select the exact time for the campaign to run each day.

  • Weekly:Choose how often it should run (e.g., every week or every 2 weeks) and specify the days and time. (e.g., Monday and Friday at 3 PM).

  • Monthly: Define the frequency (e.g., every month or every 3 months) and select the specific date and time (e.g., 1st and 15th) for the campaign to run.

  • Campaign Start Date and End Date Choose the start date and end date of your email camapign. The start date can be in between NOW (Meaning Present time and date) and Later (Select a later Date and Time when you want the campaign to be started) The end date can be either Never (Which means campaign will never end) or Untill (Which means the campaign will end on a particular date and time)

  • DO NOT DISTURB

By default the DND setting is enabled in all campaigns. You can choose to ignore the DND settings by clicking on the toggle button.

This feature is ideal for recurring campaigns like weekly newsletters, birthday greetings, match reminders, and ticketing updates.
