Form set-up

During the setup process, you’ll be prompted to:

  • Form Name: Enter a name for your form.

  • Form Type: Select the form type (e.g., contests, quizzes, surveys, registrations, feedback).

  • Form Tag: Add tags to help you organise forms and identify specific user segments.

  • Start Date and Start Message: Set a start date for the form, along with a start date message(Optional)

  • End Date and end date message: Set an end date for your form. Add a end date message if required.
