Social Media & Benchmarking
The Social Media Analytics feature is divided into two main sections:
- Page Analytics
- Benchmarking
Page Analytics
The Page Analytics section provides an overview of your social media page performance across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and an Audience Overview.
Key Features:
1. Platform-Specific Analytics:
For each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), you can view detailed analytics of your social media page.
Using the Date Filter, you can analyze metrics such as:
Total Followers: The current number of followers on the page.
Impressions: The number of times your posts were seen.
Engagement: The level of interaction your posts have received.
Growth Comparison: Compare growth over different time periods to track performance trends.
Additionally, you can review individual posts, along with key metrics such as:
- Created Date: The date the post was published.
- Impressions: The reach of each post.
- Shares, Likes, and other engagement metrics.
2. Media Value:
This section shows the Media Value, which indicates how much you would have had to spend on ads to achieve the same level of engagement organically. This metric helps you understand the monetary value of your content’s performance without paid promotions.
3. Player Mentions:
This feature highlights which player or entity was mentioned the most in your social media posts. It helps you track which personalities are creating the most buzz among your fanbase.
4. Post Status:
View the status of your posts and see the breakdown by content type:
- Reels
- Albums
- Videos
- Photos
This allows you to analyze which content formats are performing best.
5. Sentiment Analysis:
The sentiment analysis tool provides insights into fan sentiment based on industry-related keywords. This helps you gauge whether the overall tone of fan interactions is positive, negative, or neutral.
Benchmarking
The Benchmarking section helps you compare your social media performance with other rights holders, clubs, leagues, or organizations in your niche.
Key Features:
1. Date Filters: Benchmark your performance over specific time periods by using the date filter. Compare how your page metrics stack up against other similar entities in the same timeframe.
2. Trends: Identify trends in various areas such as:
- Followers Growth: How your follower count compares with other clubs or organizations.
- Published Posts: The number of posts published during the selected period.
- Engagements: Compare your engagement levels with those of your competitors.
- Audience Growth: See how quickly your audience is growing in relation to others.
3. Hashtags and Number of Posts:
Analyze the most commonly used hashtags across different clubs and rights holders, and see the volume of posts for each hashtag. This can help inform your content strategy and keep you aligned with trending topics.
4. Media, Posts, and Metrics:
In this section, you can benchmark yourself based on post types and key metrics:
- Engagements: Total interactions on posts.
- Reactions: Likes, loves, and other reaction types on posts.
- Comments: The number of comments received.
This section provides comprehensive insights into your social media performance and allows you to benchmark yourself against other rights holders, helping to inform your content and engagement strategies.
