Creating a WhatsApp campaign

To start creating a WhatsApp campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Provide Campaign Name: Start by naming your campaign.

  2. Choose from Templates: Select a template for your WhatsApp campaign.

  3. Provide a Description: Add a brief description of the campaign to help manage it internally.

  4. Campaign Tag (Optional): Optionally, add a tag to categorise your campaign.

Using a Template

To use the WhatsApp feature, you’ll first need to create a template in your WhatsApp service provider’s account. Here's how:

  1. Create a Template: In your WhatsApp Service Provider account (e.g., Twilio, Karix, etc.), create a template for your campaign. If you need help integrating your service provider with our platform.

  2. Replicate in Organon: Once the template is created on your service provider, You need to create the template template in Organon to ensure compatibility using our template builder, ensuring it is identical to the one created in your service provider configuration. Only then will the campaign be triggered successfully. Select the template to proceed.

Once this process is completed, you’ll be able to find the template in the WhatsApp Template section when setting up your campaign.
