Details Tab
This tab displays important metadata that helps you understand the configuration, status, and targeting of your campaign.
Campaign Name: This field displays the name of the email campaign.
Scheduling Type: Indicates whether the campaign was sent once or set on a recurring schedule.
Target Audience: Displays the group of users that were selected for this campaign.
Platforms : Indicates the specific channels where the push notification campaign was delivered(Android/iOS/Web)
Campaign Status: Reflects the current status of the campaign
Start Date: Shows the date and time when the campaign was first scheduled or initiated.
Sent On: Indicates the exact date and time the campaign was sent out.
DND Enabled: Indicates whether the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) feature was activated, ensuring that the campaign does not run during designated DND slots.
Frequency Capping Enabled: Shows if the frequency capping feature was turned on to limit the number of times an individual receives the campaign.
For Automated Campaigns
Scheduled At: Indicates the date and time of the next scheduled run.
Scheduled Frequency: Displays how often the campaign is set to run.
Execution Schedule: Provides detailed information about the specific days/dates the automated campaign will be sent.
End Date: Specifies the date when the automated campaign will stop running.
Preview Tab
The Preview Tab in push notification reports provides a snapshot of how the notification was delivered to users across different platforms (Web, Android, and iOS). It displays the notification title, message, image (if applicable), and action buttons as they appeared to recipients.
Select Platforms
The Select Platform buttons allow you to filter and analyze push notification performance across different platforms.
Select All: Enables viewing data for all platforms (Android, iOS, and Web) simultaneously.
Android: Filters the data to show push notification performance specifically for Android devices.
iOS: Filters the data to focus on push notification performance for iOS devices.
Web: Filters the data to display performance metrics for push notifications sent to web-based platforms.
Overview
The Overview Tab provides a summary of a push notification campaign’s performance through key metrics and a visual performance graph. It displays essential indicators such as Attempted (total notifications sent), Sent Rate, Delivered Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Failed Rate, offering insights into delivery success and user engagement. Additionally, a Campaign Overall Performance Graph visualizes trends over time, with dates on the X-axis, helping identify peak engagement periods and potential delivery issues. This tab enables a quick assessment of campaign effectiveness, guiding improvements for future notifications.

Campaign Performance
The Campaign Performance Graph offers a comprehensive and interactive visualization of push notification metrics over time, helping users assess campaign effectiveness and detect performance shifts. This graph provides a detailed representation of key metrics, including Attempted, Failed, Notification-Clicked, Notification-Delivered, Sent, Unique Clicked, and Unique Delivered, with the option to select individual metrics or display them all at once for a broader perspective.
Users can engage with the graph by selecting specific data points and examining how these metrics evolve across different time frames, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. This dynamic feature not only helps highlight trends but also empowers users to make data-driven decisions and optimize future push campaigns by identifying moments of high engagement or performance gaps.
Delivery
The Delivery Tab offers an in-depth analysis of your push notification campaign’s delivery performance. It presents key metrics that evaluate how efficiently your notifications reached users, while also uncovering any obstacles that could influence the success of future campaigns. The tab features the Push Delivery Breakdown Graph, which provides valuable insights into the delivery process, illustrating the flow of notifications as they are successfully delivered or are discarded at each stage.
In addition, the Error Breakdown section delves into the specific delivery challenges, offering a granular view of issues that need attention.

It begins with users reachable through push, then moves through stages such as removal after frequency capping, active device tokens, sent notifications, and finally, delivered notifications.
This breakdown helps you assess where users were excluded or where issues arose, offering insights into performance gaps. By analyzing these stages, you can identify factors that may have affected delivery, like inactive tokens or capping thresholds, and refine your approach to optimize future push campaigns.

Error Breakdown
The Error Breakdown provides a detailed view of the reasons why push notifications failed to be sent, helping you identify and resolve issues to improve future campaigns. It lists common failure causes, the corresponding failure count, and the failure percentage to show the extent of each issue.
The breakdown Includes:
Reason for Failure: The specific issue that caused the failure in sending a notification (e.g., invalid registration token, sender ID mismatch).
Failure Count: The total number of failed notifications due to the specific reason.
Failure Percentage: The percentage of the total failed notifications that were attributed to this particular issue.
Engagement
The Engagement section provides key insights into how recipients interacted with your push notifications, allowing you to assess campaign effectiveness. Key metrics like Clicked and Unique Clicks offer a clear view of user interaction. The Time of Engagement graph displays when users are most active, helping optimize the timing of future campaigns for maximum impact.
