We offer templates for various types of campaigns, including:

  • Holidays

  • Contests

  • Newsletters

  • Promotions

  • Sales

  • Activations

You can either scroll through the available templates. Templates can also be filtered by status to help you find the right match.

Creating Your Email

Once you’ve selected a template, the process of designing your email is similar to our drag-and-drop feature used in other tools. Customise your content by dragging and dropping elements into the template.

Personalization in Campaigns

Personalization allows you to dynamically insert user-specific information—like first name or last name—into your campaign messages. This helps create more engaging and relevant communications for each recipient.

In the UI shown:

  • You can use placeholders like {{first_name}} or {{last_name}} to insert user data.

  • If a user's first name is not available, a fallback value will be used. For example: {{first_name | "Subscriber"}} This means if the first name is missing, the word Subscriber will be shown instead.

Example Output:

If the user’s name is available: Hi John Smith

If the user’s name is not available: Hi Subscriber

Adding Rows and Columns

You can add multiple Row Blocks to a form template based on your needs. While there’s no limit to the number of Rows, a maximum of 3 Columns can be included in each Row. These Rows and Columns act as containers that can be filled with Content Blocks to create your template.
