Saving the segment

When you’re ready to finalize your segment, click on the Save button. There are two options here:

Save:

Clicking Save will prompt you to fill in a few details:

- Segment Name: Give the segment a clear, descriptive name.

- Description: Add a short description to explain the purpose or details of the segment.

- Choose a Folder: Select the folder in which to save the segment for easy access later.

Once completed, click Save to finalize your segment.

Download as CSV:

Next to the Save button, you’ll find a small drop-down arrow. Clicking this will allow you to Download the Segment as a CSV file which will be sent directly to your designated email address. This file will contain the data of the fans who are part of the segment, which can be used for further analysis or reporting.
