Details Tab

The Details tab provides important configuration and metadata that define how the onsite campaign was set up, triggered, and delivered.

Field
Description

Name

Displays the campaign name defined during creation.

Target Platforms

Shows where the onsite notification was displayed (Web / Web Mobile).

Campaign Priority

Indicates the priority level assigned (Normal, High, Critical). Higher priorities override other campaigns when conflict occurs.

Target Audience

Defines the group of users eligible to view the campaign (e.g., All Fans, Logged-in users, VIP users).

Template Type

Specifies the onsite template used (e.g., Basic, Leadgen, Rating Template).

Target Pages

Pages where the onsite notification appears (e.g., Homepage, All Pages, Product Page).

Trigger Criteria with Time

Indicates when the campaign triggers (e.g., Page Load, Scroll %, Time Delay).

Status

Current state of the campaign (Active, Stopped, Scheduled).

Start Date

Date & time when the campaign started displaying.

End Date

Date when the campaign is scheduled to stop (shown as “Never” if ongoing).

Created On

Timestamp of when the campaign was created.

Delivery Controls

Controls such as max display per user and auto-dismiss duration (e.g., Maximum Shows: 18, Auto dismiss: 5 seconds).


Preview Tab

The Preview Tab provides a visual representation of how the onsite notification was displayed on the selected platform. It includes:

  • Notification layout (banner, popup, slider)

  • CTA buttons

  • Images / Icons (if present)

  • Rating UI (if rating template)

  • Message text exactly as seen by users

This helps verify message clarity, design alignment, and how action buttons are rendered.


Select Platforms

Onsite supports filtering by platform to analyze performance separately:

Displays combined data for Web and Web Mobile.

Web

Shows metrics only from desktop/laptop web viewers.

Web Mobile

Filters metrics from mobile web browsers.

Platform-level insights help determine whether engagement differs by device type and guide optimization decisions (e.g., mobile-specific UI changes).


Overview

The Overview tab summarizes the key visibility and engagement metrics collected from the campaign. It also includes high-level performance charts.

Known Users

Number of recognized users who saw or engaged while logged in or identified.

Unknown Users

Number of users who interacted without being logged in or recognized.

Total Views

Total number of times the notification was displayed.

Unique Views

Total number of distinct users who viewed the notification at least once.

Dismissed

Total number of users who closed or dismissed the notification without interacting.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

% of users who clicked the CTA after viewing. CTR = (Total Clicks / Total Views) × 100

This summary gives a quick view into user engagement and notification visibility.


Campaign Performance

The Campaign Performance Graph provides a timeline view of metrics like views, unique views, clicks, and dismissals.

Users can filter data by:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Yearly

Selecting specific metrics helps compare user engagement patterns over time and identify high or low-performance periods.


Engagement

The Engagement section captures how users interacted with the notification.

Total Clicks

Total number of clicks anywhere on the notification or CTA, counting multiple clicks per user.

Unique Clicks

Number of distinct users who clicked at least once.

Provides engagement breakdown for notifications with multiple buttons or links.

Data Shown
Meaning

CTA / URL

The clickable action within the onsite notification.

Total Clicks

All clicks on a particular button or link.

Unique Clicks

Number of users who clicked at least once on the specific link/button.

CTR per Link

(Unique Clicks on link / Unique Views) × 100

This helps determine which actions users prefer and evaluate CTA performance.

Time of Engagement

This graph plots when users clicked the notification based on:

  • Time of Day

  • Day of the Week

Insights help optimize future notifications by identifying the highest engagement times.

Engagement (for Rating Templates)

The Engagement tab highlights how many users responded and what their overall sentiment was. It includes rating-based metrics and when users interacted with the rating widget.

Users Responded

Number of distinct users who submitted a rating or feedback.

Most Common Rating

Shows the rating score chosen most frequently by users. If multiple are tied, all are shown.

Average Rating

Overall mean rating from all responses submitted by users.

These metrics provide an at-a-glance understanding of user satisfaction.


Time of Engagement

The Time of Engagement chart visualizes when users submit ratings or feedback. It helps identify the most active engagement periods.

Available Views

  • Time of Day – Shows peak hours when users tend to respond.

  • Day of Week – Shows which days receive the most responses.

Use Case insights

  • Helps determine best timing for triggering rating campaigns.

  • Useful for optimizing frequency and placement.


Response Insights

The Response Insights tab provides a detailed view of user submissions grouped by question and rating distribution.

Rating Distribution

This section displays how ratings are spread across all submitted responses. It includes:

  • Count of responses for each rating .

  • Percentage share of each rating

  • Visual bar chart for comparison

This helps measure the sentiment trend and understand how users feel overall.


User Insights (Question Responses)

If the rating template has one or more additional questions (e.g., dropdown, radio), the responses are displayed under User Insights.

Shows user preferences based on combinations selected.

Examples

  • “Your favourite player” Displays response counts and percentage for each player option.

  • “Tell us your suggestion!!” Displays submitted text values aggregated as insights.


User Feedback

If free text feedback is enabled, all user comments appear in the User Feedback section. This includes:

  • Suggestions

  • Comments

  • Open-ended responses

  • Sentiments expressed via text

This helps businesses understand qualitative feedback and sentiment.

Download CSV

The Download CSV option allows you to export all the submissions captured through the onsite campaign. This includes user responses such as lead form inputs, ratings, feedback, and other fields collected from the template. The exported file contains only submitted entries and can be used for further analysis, reporting, or integration with other systems.
